Agricultural grade Choline Chloride (CAS 67-48-1, molecular formula C₅H₁₄ClNO, molecular weight 139.62) is a high-efficiency plant biostimulant and photosynthesis booster available in mainstream specifications: ≥98% pure crystalline powder, 70%/75% transparent liquid solution, with key indexes meeting industrial standards-free trimethylamine ≤0.03%, heavy metal lead ≤20 ppm, pH value of 10% aqueous solution ranging 6.0–8.0, and water solubility exceeding 650 g/L at 20℃. Easily absorbed via crop leaves, roots and stems, it lifts leaf chlorophyll content notably, boosts photosynthetic efficiency, suppresses photorespiration of C3 crops, accelerates photosynthate transport to tubers, grains and fruits; field tests prove it raises yields of potato, sweet potato, peanut and other root-tuber crops by 25%–35%, increases wheat and rice thousand-grain weight by 8%–15%, and cuts lodging rate of cereal crops by around 40% when sprayed at jointing stage. As a natural osmoprotectant, it strengthens plant tolerance to drought, salinity and low temperature by stabilizing cell membrane structure and activating antioxidant enzymes; it works well for seed soaking, foliar spraying and fertigation mixing, features low toxicity (rat oral LD₅₀=6640 mg/kg), over 99% biodegradation rate without soil residue, and is packed in standard 25kg drums or lined bags for stable long-term storage in cool sealed conditions.
